    Commodore John Barry Assembly 097
    Website Plan, Schedule, and Progress.


    Program Began: June 20, 2002

    Website Objective: To inform, record, and recruit.

    Website Mission Statement: To construct a website that will be both informative about our Assembly and its doings along with being a place of reference for fellow Sir Knights, and those interested in joining our ranks. In meeting this goal we will create a historical archive of our assembly that will help us preserve our history.

    Website Design Plan:

    Phase I:
    Create an initial list of what information is to be displayed on the website and where the best location would be to locate said information. Also, establish a long term goal for the website.
    To be completed by: June 30, 2002
    Finished - 100% Complete

    Phase II:
    Create Home Page. Create basic website structure, necesary pages to store said information. Put information on website as decided on in Phase I.
    To be completed by: August 1, 2002
    Finished - 100% Complete

    Phase III:
    Add special features (html Banner) and other related items that were not on original site construction plan, also add aditional artwork (Photo Gallery).
    To be completed by: December 1, 2002
    Finished - 100% Complete

    Phase IV:
    Continued research and improvement of website including conversion to HTML only format. Purchase site. Addition of the following sections: The Rosary, and Mary; Old Glory, History and Evolution of our Flag
    To be completed by: September 1, 2003
    Finished - 100% Complete

    Phase V:
    Introduction of Version 3.0. To be launched August 2004, and followed by ongoing updates.
