From I-95 (North), take downtown exit to New Haven. Exit right at KofC Supreme Headquarters. Head onto Church Street for three (3) traffic lights. Turn right onto Chapel Street for two (2) blocks, turn right onto State Street. Council is on right next to City Municipal parking garage.
